Inside our 632 m long, 240 m wide rolling hall, every stage happens under one roof, turning molten steel into certified, ready to ship pipe with unmatched speed, precision, and reliability.

        Precision. Capacity. Reliability. We hot roll seamless pipes from Ø 168 mm to Ø 406 mm with wall thicknesses 6 – 50 mm, capacity up to 200 000 t per year. Few mills in Eurasia can match this range on a single continuous line—fewer still combine it with in house billet casting. Vertical integration means shorter lead times, tighter metallurgical control, and total traceability.

• A Fully Integrated Production Flow
• Billet Preparation – Inspect → cut to length → weigh → circular walking beam furnace reheating
• Hollow Formation – Primary piercer creates a seamless cavity → secondary piercer refines the shell → automated rolling mill elongate to target wall and length
• Calibration – Mill 400 continuous stands finish OD.
• Cooling & Straightening – Slow cooling → straightening (cool or warm) → end sizing and beveling available on request
• Multi Stage Inspection – Initial visual check → ultrasonic control→ mechanical/chemical sampling → hydrostatic pressure test for leak tight assurance.
• Finishing & Protection – In house varnish or coatings → final weighing and traceability tagging. Packaging & Dispatch – Comprehensive final audit → professional bundling and storage → rapid shipment via Black Sea and Georgian rail corridors.

The Mill-400 began to operate on the 25th of December 1953 and is one of the strongest mills in all of Europe for the production of seamless pipes.

This mill produces so-called “casing” pipes for oil fields as well as pipes for the automotive industry.

It consists of main and auxiliary sections. Its main sections comprise:

• an annular (ring) furnace
• piercing mills N1 & N2
• an automated mill
• a rolling-off mill
• a seven-caged drawing mill
• straightening machines

Tube-Rolling Workshop / The “140” tube-rolling mill

The Mill-140 began to work on the 10th of September 1952. This machine comprises the following mills:

• an annular (ring) furnace
• a piercing mill
• an automated mill
• two rolling mills
• a preheating furnace
• a drawing mill
• a reduction mill
• straightening machines

This mill produces pump-compressor, sleeved, smooth-surface and other kinds of pipes.
